ALL STATE ART SYMPOSIUM with the NATIONAL ART HONOR SOCIETY CONFERENCE,        COLUMBUS STATE UNIVERSITY, COLUMBUS, GA

Approximately, 40 works were selected out of 1200 from across the state, so this is an honor to be selected.


ATLANTA HIGH SCHOOL ART EXHIBITION with THE DOGWOOD FESTIVAL,

ATLANTA, GA

Drawing entries from art students from twelve regional Atlanta counties, this competitive juried event takes place in this year’s 81st annual Atlanta Dogwood Festival in Piedmont Park . AHSAE showcases the best, most creative high school student work being done today. Awards in 2017 are worth over $40,000.


NORTH FULTON HIGH SCHOOL ART EXHIBITION- ROSWELL VISUAL ARTS CENTER, ROSWELL, GA

Ten students were chosen to participate. This show is only for students at Fulton county schools north of the perimeter.

2016 SUMMARY OF AWARDS

Seniors in the Visual Arts Department competed and received awards from 2 local, 6 state, and 2 national competitions. They earned over $300,000 in scholarships based on art portfolios.

Seniors in National Art Honor Society completed 405 art related community service hours.
